PXview allows a detailed view into a running PXROS application, and the system can be analysed without having to stop the application in the debugger. Furthermore, PXview helps understanding the interactions between tasks, and can assist the first steps of programming with PXROS. This information can be accessed via TCP/IP or UART and visualised at a host PC.
PXviewDuring PXROS system runtime, information on events and objects is recorded at the target. System time (the so-called ticks) is also measured so that the time lapsed between two events can be established with precision.
PXview consists of two parts. One part is added to the PXROS application, where it runs as a task. This task becomes active whenever data have to be transferred from the micro- controller to the host computer. The transmitted information is analysed by the host and displayed on the graphic interface. Available platforms:
