• Detailed description of your problem with sample data or files to reproduce the behaviour
• Toolchain version you are using
• Host platform operating system
• Information on the target, the derivative, and the evaluation board you are using.

If you have a problem using the compiler, please send us the following additional information:

• The code to reproduce the bug or behaviour. This should be the preprocessed source code of your program. Run the compiler with the option -save-temps or -E, then send us the generated files (with the extensions .i or .ii).
• Attach your Eclipse or Code::Blocks project file, or list all command line options that are passed to the compiler.
• The warnings and errors that are issued by the compiler. Please use the option -Wall or -W to generate this output.
• Execute versions.bat (Windows) or versions.sh (Linux); these files can be found in the installation directory of the compiler. The generated file versions.txt includes  version information on the compiler and all subtools.
